Who can use these services?

Elite provides in-home respite, attendant care and habilitation services through the state funded program, DDD (Division of Developmental Disabilities for and individual with developmental disabilities of any age.

As a parent, can I get certified?

YES! Parents of children under the age of 18 years old, who are qualified through DDD can be certified to provide up to 40 hours a week for each child for either habilitation and/or attendant care.

If I become a certified parent, how many hours can I provide?

You can provide a total of 40 hours a week (Sunday - Saturday) between services PER child.

How much does it cost to become a certified provider and how much would it pay?

We offer a special caregiver rate where your family/friend or parent can attend orientation and become certified to be a DDD caregiver for FREE for your loved one!

Our caregiver event rates:

Respite and Attendant Care: $14 - $16 / hour

Habilitation: $16 - $18 / hour
